  • Once your invoice is paid and onboarding is complete, we can typically kick off within 3–5 business days. For retainers, start dates are aligned to your content calendar and availability.

  • All projects require full payment upfront to secure your spot in our schedule.
    Retainers are billed quarterly in advance to ensure consistency, priority support, and best results.

  • You’ll receive a short onboarding form and any required access requests (e.g. social accounts, website, ad accounts). Once these are completed, we’re good to go.

  • We move quickly, but we don’t rush strategy. If you need a fast turnaround, let us know — we’ll always try to accommodate where possible.

  • Timelines vary depending on the scope, but most toolkits are delivered within 3-6 weeks, while retainers are ongoing.
